My mantra is simple: fitness isn't just about making you sore & inducing a sweat; it's about reaping the health benefits and building a strong mindset.

I've been with Abz for under four years now, and he's awesome. He's passionate about his job and knows a lot about how our bodies work, specifically our muscular mechanism. Not only does he help with workouts, but he's also a nutrition whiz and helps me better understand the effect of what I eat has on my training and overall health. What I love most is that he makes exercising fun. He's always pushing me to do better and beat my PBs, which keeps things interesting and makes me feel proud of my progress. I have been training with Abz for an upcoming 4 years now, and it has been a journey for the better.
